The People’s News (TPN) is an online newspaper offering authentic and credible news as it breaks. Our news, analysis, commentaries and other contents of this platform are fact-checked and balanced. There is no room for fake news. Committed to birthing a better Nigeria that works for everyone, TPN interrogates policies and programmes of Government, its arms and tiers, to foster good and responsible governance. And we are driven by the fact that government is about the PEOPLE, who deserve honesty, commitment and transparency from those who govern them. Special attention is paid to individuals and corporate organisations living up to these ideals. TPN is founded and published by Ogochukwu Ikeje, who started his journalism career in 1996 at ThisDay newspaper, on the Features Desk. In the next 27 years, he worked at National Interest, New Age, and The Nation newspapers. Ikeje was an editorial board member, opinion page editor, and columnist.
